There are a number of different postage options. Please be sure to take care when you're selecting your postage/delivery option. If you are unsure what delivery option needs to be selected then please feel free to contact us and we'll get back to you asap but please bare in mind opening/closing hours when expecting a reply. We want to be sure your wax melts will arrive safely.
LOCAL DELIVERY - CURRENTLY UNAVAILABLE
All Local Delivery will be checked to make sure the right one has been selected. If it hasn't then your order will be cancelled and a refund will be issued. If you're unsure which one it is you need then please do contact us and we will help you.
All local deliveries will receive a dispatched email on the day it is out for delivery. If you check the email, in the tracking section you will usually get a time slot of when your order will roughly be delivered. All deliveries are made by my partner, if you have an issue with a male delivering your order then please message me and we'll arrange for something more suitable for you.
We aim for delivery within 4-5 working days. Please bare in mind there may still be slight delays with Royal Mail due to Covid-19, we hope you can understand.
There is also tracked postage as an option but Royal Mail have currently stopped offering this option so I'm hoping it'll be back soon. As for other postage options you can have proof of postage if you want it, just pop us a message and we'll send it to you. You do get a barcode you can use to track when it's delivered but you get no information in between. I've had a couple of customers get confused over this and I have stated there are still some delays in certain areas.
Once your order has left my hands and is in the hands of Royal Mail, it's no longer down to me. It is then Royal Mails responsibility to get it to you safely. If your order doesn't arrive you can message me but all I can do is check the barcode from the receipt to see if it's been noted as delivered. I can't claim any refund on your order with Royal Mail until it has been lost for at least 10 working days.
